Fibonacci numbers within the skylight in the grand staircase hall
I would appreciate hearing your comments. Contact Paul at paul-armstrong@mts.net

This is an image of the skylight in the grand staircase room. The figure inside the green rectangle is similar to the numeral 2, & the figure inside the red rectangle is similar to the numeral 5.

In the image above, a row or column consisting mainly of the numeral 2 contains one numeral 5.   Similarly, a row or column containing mainly 5's possesses one numeral 2.

--------

In image A below, the sum of the digits inside:

     (a) the red figure is four 2's plus one 5 = 13
     (b) the blue figure is three 5's plus one 2 = 17
     (c) the green figure is 5.

Image A

In image B (that has been rotated 90 deg. to the right), the sum of the digits inside:

     (a) the mauve figure is six 2's plus one 5 = 17
     (b) the yellow figure is three 5's plus one 2 = 17
     (c) each of the four green figures is 5.

Combining any two of the three figures (from images A & B) that contain a sum of 17 will result in a total of 34.
